Chrysoprase Thorn Pendant

A gorgeous and bright slice of Chrysoprase, hand-cut by me and set simply in recycled sterling silver. Chrysoprase is one of my all time favorite stones, for its translucent apple green hue.

Dangling from a 21" sterling silver chain.

This rough material was small-scale mined in the outback near Perth, Australia from miner Glen and his crew. I then cut and shape it free form and polish it into the final stone pictured here.

The handmade nature of the piece also means that there will be natural imperfections. It is this quality that I think gives each piece character and depth.
